Relieving Throat Pain with Cayenne Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar

2. Make tea with ginger and lemon. Cut a medium size ginger and one lemon in to small pieces, and then boil them together in water. After boiling it for 5 minutes, let it stand for further 3 minutes before pouring it into your cup. Add honey for taste and drink it twice a day.
